Astelin is the only prescription antihistamine nasal spray approved to treat nasal symptoms whether caused by seasonal allergens or environmental triggers.

Astelin provides fast relief for seasonal allergy symptoms, within 15 to 45 minutes. (1)(2) Well-tolerated, Astelin does not contain steroids or pseudoephedrine.

INDICATIONS AND IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION

ASTELIN is indicated for the treatment of the symptoms of seasonal allergic rhinitis (patients 5 years of age and older) and nonallergic vasomotor rhinitis (patients 12 years of age and older).

The most commonly reported adverse events in seasonal allergic rhinitis and nonallergic vasomotor rhinitis patients 12 years of age and older were bitter taste, headache, somnolence, nasal burning, and rhinitis. The adverse event profile in seasonal allergic rhinitis patients 5 to 11 years of age was similar to that in the adult population.

ASTELIN is indicated for the treatment of the nasal symptoms of seasonal allergic rhinitis (patients 5 years of age and older) and nonallergic vasomotor rhinitis (patients 12 years of age and older).

Important Safety Information:

• Avoid engaging in hazardous occupations requiring complete mental alertness when taking ASTELIN Nasal Spray

• Avoid concurrent use of alcohol or other central nervous system depressants with ASTELIN Nasal Spray

•The most commonly reported adverse events in seasonal allergic rhinitis and nonallergic vasomotor rhinitis patients 12 years of age and older were bitter taste, headache, somnolence, nasal burning, and rhinitis.

• The adverse event profile in seasonal allergic rhinitis patients 5 to 11 years of age was similar to that in the adult population and also included rhinitis/cold symptoms, cough, conjunctivitis, and asthma.
